Wireless phone collections. Help customer with their billing, to pay, set up

payments, explaining the bill, fraud, changing their plan, or transferring them to the

proper service department.

School District #7:

In charge of prep work and serving the various ages of school children in

different setting. Some of the things I had to do, taking money, cooking, setting up, clean

up, making sure everything was done to the Oregon Food and Health Dept. My job was

to be at the high school, but if I was needed somewhere else I would able to move to

each task no matter where I was. .

Sykes Inc:

Computer technician for DSL customer service: Talked customers

through computer problems, dealt with angry customers. I was able to work through

many schedule changes and management changes.

The things that I accomplished are, customer service, pattern reading,

sewing, upholstering, cash register, credit card handling, and creative thanking for

customer projects.
