Directly responsible for the leadership, supervision and training of 110 armament maintenance

technicians. Responsible for all maintenance and loading operations for 36 B-1 aircraft and associated

equipment valued at over $10 billion. Directs and controls all weapons related operations during aircraft

generations. Selects personnel for load crew positions based on ability and temperament. Plans,

develops, implements and controls all weapons load crew training and armament system maintenance to

meet the daily flying commitment. Schedules and monitors all work requirements and shift schedules.

Conducts recurring and ancillary training as required. Manages the weapons flight Consolidated Tool Kit

(CTK) program including quarterly inspections and scheduling of CTK trailer maintenance. Verifies

compliance with all technical orders. Provides career counseling and manages professional development

of section personnel.

Loading Standardization Team Chief, Dyess AFB Abilene TX 2001-2006

Managed $12.4 million worth of weapons load crew training facilities and equipment. Supervises 21

Weapons Standardization (WS) personnel and responsible to train, qualify and certify the wing's 125

weapons load crew members on loading the unit's committed munitions. Sets standards, develops local

policies and procedures and interprets all technical data governing the weapons standardization and

maintenance programs. Schedules weapons academics, initial certification loads, minimum proficiency

requirement loads, quarterly evaluations and practical training with squadron weapon's section chiefs and

resolves scheduling conflicts as required. Forecasts annual training munitions allocations for load crew

and sortie generation activities. Ensures tools and operating supplies are available to support all

weapons load crew training requirements.

B-1 Weapons Expediter, Dyess AFB Abilene TX 1995~2001

Lead and direct 100 personnel and the daily flight line weapons loading and armament systems

maintenance operations on 36 B-1 aircraft valued at over $10.2 billion. Enforces standards, policies and

procedures to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Reviews daily maintenance and

flying schedules, prioritizes, overseas, tracks and documents all maintenance actions. Controls and

monitors the weapons loading portion of aircraft generations and provides liaison support between the

wing maintenance operations center and munitions production section. Coordinates with outside

agencies to ensure adequate support for the daily flying and maintenance schedule, including munitions

delivery and equipment positioning to meet mission requirements. Uses the Integrated Maintenance Data

System to research parts and document work. Performs production and immediately-prior-to-launch

inspections on completed aircraft maintenance. Provides technical assistance to crews as required for

maintenance repairs of aircraft wiring systems.

F-16 Quality Assurance Inspector, Osan AFB Korea 1994~1995

Was directly responsible for safe equipment operation, quality of training, and quality of work

accomplished. Identifies and analyzes problem areas in order to increase reliability, maintainability, and
