tenant population is formerly homeless currently active alcoholics,
many with mental health issues.) Served for many years as respite
employee serving as Program Assistant, Resident Assistant and Outreach

building management, record keeping and progress notes; administering
food, clothing, assistance and transportation to shelters, hospitals
and rehabilitation centers for homeless men and women; provided crisis
intervention and conflict resolution for tenants of SRO and monitored
tenants' medication intake; offered support and worked on goals with

and served as liaison between tenants and law enforcement personnel,
