Duties: Provides administrative and reporting support
services to the Ft. Carson Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP)
Office. Responsible for briefing the process and explanation
of the importance of verifying/updating DD93 and SGLV, as
well as other Personnel data. Provides supervision and/or
direction to clerks from companies in completion of the DD93
and SGLV forms. Provides instruction and direction to Unit,
Battalion, and Brigade S1 personnel on accurate completion of

(ERB) to deploying, redeploying, mobilized, and annual SRP
soldiers upon request. Acts as the authoritative resource on
the interpretation of the rules and regulations as applied to
the DD93 and SGLV. Assists and supports the SRP Site NCOIC,
OIC, and Site Manager in their functions in regards to any
Personnel issues/questions/advice. Acts as a liaison between
soldiers, contractors, and civilians, who come to the SRP
Personnel station by providing customer service. Performs
data entry into the DARTS (Deployment and Reconstitution
Tracking Software) system as a soldier processes through
Personnel. Maintains statistical data. Prepares end-of-day
Personnel reports for accountability per unit or personnel
status. Continues to assist as needed in previous position
of preparing DD214 for military personnel whom are
demobilizing. Cross trained to assist in the Start/ Exit
station of the SRP Office. Trained personnel regarding DD93
and SGLV. Prepared DD93 and SGLV as required.

and related work for soldiers that are mobilizing and
demobilizing. Provided administrative work for soldier(s) who
have been released from the Warrior Transition Unit. Assisted
individuals in developing needed evidence and preparing
required documents, or in resolving errors, delays, or other
problems concerning RC leave comp, PDMRA. Researched records
and documents and prepared information for input using the
Installation Support Module (ISM) Transproc II in preparation
of the DD214. Computed active/inactive time via information
provided on RPAS also known as the Chronological Statement of
Retirement Points. Published DD214 for soldiers separating
from the military. Published orders (REFRAD/Release From
Active Duty). Prepared Leave Memorandum to verify leave that
individuals have taken for current mobilization. Prepared and
verified that service member had a DA Form 31, when
appropriate and authenticated the date and time the service
member was to depart in accordance with Department of the
Army procedures. Explained and assisted in preparing forms
and documents needed to mobilize and demobilize (i.e.
verifies and inputs information in DARTS (Deployment and
Reconstitution Tracking Software) and prepared DD93 and SGLV
as needed) as well as the administrative procedures and
normal processing times. Scheduled required appointments
based on timeframe of demobilization/mobilization. Published
