Experience Mailroom Clerk
June 2007 to Dec. 2009. DHL Global Forwarding, Renton, WA.
Responsible for overall operation of
the mailroom. A variety of duties included operating a
stuffing and sealing machine to prepare daily invoices for
mailing. I also operated a Pitney Bowes and
a Neopost mailing machine on a daily basis. Used UPS Worldship daily to
send outgoing shipments. Learned company
accounting software to enter invoices for the
accounting department as needed. Other responsibilities were sorting
incoming postal mail and UPS shipments and
delivering to the appropriate parties. Also performed other
duties as required, such as filing, ordering shipping
supplies and copying projects.
Print Room Assistant
July 2001-December 2006 Compupay, Tukwila, WA.
Main responsibilities were pulling
checks and payroll journals from the printers, matching
them together and preparing them to be mailed out to our
clients Other duties were delivering faxes to
payroll operators in a timely manner, organizing file drawers and filing,
and processing the outgoing postal mail. This position
required working some weekends to print
quarterly taxes for our clients and working other overtime hours as needed.
Support Services/Office Assistant
April 1991-December 2000 R. F. Mattei and Associates,
Seattle, WA.
In this position my main job
functions were assembling insurance policies for
grocery stores, agriculture and timber departments using proper
guidelines for each department.
Other duties performed were printing policy invoices, setting up
new client files, sending and delivering faxes,
pulling files and attaching mail to be
delivered to underwriting staff. Heavy computer usage was required to enter
data into the system to prepare online
forms and agent cover letters.
Office Assistant

Job duties included opening and routing
incoming mail, end of day processing of
outgoing mail, data entry, assembling insurance policies and preparing
them to be mailed out. Other
