Started as frontline cashier, after six months became Crew Chief for concession stand. Duties
included distributing breaks, keeping back clean, keep soda machines and ice machines stocked
and running. Supervised up to seven employees on a shift. Developed excellent skills in dealing

Lifeguard at both pools in Georgetown apartments. Earned both Red Cross and Star Guard
lifeguard certifications. Duties included guarding, managing chlorine levels by hand, cleaning
bathrooms and pool decks, handling entrance fees and swim lesson fees, and clean pool.

In 2005 Georgetown Apartments hired a management company to manage both of their pools.
Georgetown requested that I be hired by Pro Pool to be an assistant manager, since I knew the
pool and residents. Duties included filling in for guards who called in sick, helping schedule
guards, cleaning, swimming lessons, pool upkeep, reminding residents of pool rules.

Joined staff in 2007, lifeguard and swim instructor for 9 months, received a promotion to
Lifeguard Instructor, then a promotion to aquatics supervisor the following month, and a
promotion to camp director for two summers after that. In 2012, I received a promotion to
Aquatics Director, a leadership role in charge of the entire Aquatics Department at the South
County Branch. I handled an annual budget of $800,000.

Volunteered for a campaign in the city of St. Louis for candidate Brian Wahby. I began as a
canvasser, and phone representative, and was later helping with data entry, sign posting, and was
body man for one day. During the election, we assisted in regular office operations, phone call
reminders, and handing out flyers at voting locations.

Upon hearing of my promotion to Aquatics Director, Pro Pool approached me and asked if I
would like to head up their certifications for the upcoming summer. I accepted, and my duties
included payroll, scheduling classes, hiring and training staff, preparing proposals, and managing
the website. I worked closely with the Red Cross to implement their specific training program
using a digital dashboard.

Some of the canvassers that I worked with on the Brian Wahby Campaign ended up going to
Door to Door sales in the offseason. I started with a Door to Door campaign, and received a
promotion to Business to Business sales within 5 months on the condition that I relocate. I moved
to Phoenix, AZ and, with the help of my coworkers, increased Centurylink market penetration
from 72% to 90%.
