. Coordinated the enterprise internship orientation and development

coordinating on and offsite orientations: planning logistics, agendas,

Facilitated team development sessions with interns in both Columbus
and New York. This resulted in alleviating the responsibility of the
College Relations Manager and successfully launching the Summer 2006
Internship Program.

interns. The discussions were structured to develop competencies such
