• Supervised 5 employees and over 20 consumer workers at ResCare Prints.
• Created, designed, marketed the companies brand locally and national basis.
• Converted artwork for camera ready, burnt screens, screen printed. Cut transfer
material and twill using a Roland GX-24 cutter. Stahls software creation for designs,
ACS4 software for publication pieces and daily training of employees.
• Learned the Janome MB-4 software and embroidery machine. Upgraded to a Melco
Amaya and creative software to design original embroidery images.
• Office Manager using quickbooks and accounting for the shop. Doubled intake
within 6 months for the company.
• Supervised job coaches for mentally disabled consumers that worked in the shop.

• Created plates through a RIPmate DPX System for a 4-color Heildelburg press.
