Achievements: This was the first time in the history of the company that
the processes for cutting, welding, tooling, assembling and packing the
components for building sunrooms was coordinated into written and
illustrated documents. The value of this effort was realized when trained
employees left the company to pursue other interests in the same week. By
using the recently completed written processes and blueprints, the
engineers and untrained employees were able to assemble the sunroom
components so these components could be shipped on time. Reason for
