deposits for accuracy and keypunch deposit transactions into FLAIR.

and auditors as requested.

. Assist county auditor in annual audit of County books and records.

County Manager, and several other administrative staff.

. Distribute and file various correspondences such as: Memos, faxes,

business letters, interoffice memos, bids, and legal documents.

. Receive in supplies and maintain office supply inventory.

. Provide budget spreadsheets and reports for Chairman and

Commissioners' approval.

Customer Service

. Answer multi-line phone directing calls to the appropriate employee.

. Handle customer inquires on all Level I and II background screening

results.

. Receive incoming calls and emails on delinquent accounts of Healthcare

facilities.

Human Resource Management

. Process biweekly and monthly payroll using the ADP system

. Prepare payroll tax deposits

. Maintain employee files and benefits paperwork.

. Supervise student employees of the Summer Youth Program

. Attend ADP payroll training to ensure proper use of the payroll

process; train others to maintain use as well.

. Assisted County Clerk in staff recruitment, hiring, training, and
