Operations Manager, Weber Distribution
. Weber is a continuation of my knowledge and experience
with Applica Consumer Products, Inc. Applica partnered
with Weber in 2009 by transitioning all distribution to
Weber. The Little Rock facility became part of Weber in
August 2009.
. Operational Leadership - provided professional and
superior leadership for all Inbound operations,
Inventory Control, Distribution I.T., and Product
Conversions.
. Inventory Control - maintained the superior locational
accuracy of 99%+ that I attained with Applica Consumer
Products, Inc.
. Project Management - primary team member for the
implementation of a new warehouse management system in
the Little Rock distribution center. Project manager
for the implementation of that same WMS system in the
Canada distribution center. Projects were completed on
time and under budget.

. Operational Leadership - provided professional and
superior leadership to Inventory Control, Quality, and
Distribution I.T. staff in two facilities in the United
States and one facility in Canada. This staffing
included Applica associates as well as a third party
logistics partner.
. Inventory Control - primary responsibility for the
integrity of all inventory in two facilities in the
United States and one facility in Canada.
. Project Management - implemented policies and procedures
that improved the locational inventory accuracy across
all sites to 99%+ and eliminated the requirement for a
yearly physical inventory. This resulted in significant
cost savings and efficiencies. Project manager over the
implementation of a new warehouse management system
(WMS) in the Canada distribution center. Project was
completed on time and under budget.

. Operational Leadership - provided professional and
superior leadership to Inventory Control staff,
activities including Inventory Control, Cycle Counting,
Replenishment, Consolidation, and QA / Damage.
. Inventory Control - partnered with the Director, North
American Distribution Services and with the Corporate
Finance / Inventory Control management to develop
corporate inventory management policies that were
implemented and maintained in the distribution centers.
This resulted in the improvement of the facility
locational accuracy from 62% to 99% and the elimination
of a required yearly physical inventory.

cycle counting teams across two shifts.
. Inventory Control - maintained perpetual inventory
accuracy within a .05% error rate. Prepared required
summary reports of inventory accuracy rate, balance of
shortages and overages, and company costs.
