Executive in the Service Delivery, Key Account Management, Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse KPI Measurement and Analysis
. Conducting Warehousing & Distribution Service Analysis as per the
defined KPIs' and mapping the performance and trend of the multiple
locations into Review Reports.
. Streamlining the operations at locations by supporting in vendor
identification, analysis and competency mapping.
. Performance reports shared with Clients/Regional manger/National
Operations In-charge and Warehouse In-Charge.
. Ensuring customer meets service, cost, delivery and quality
expectations.
. Monitoring the warehouse inward & outward operations including
handling & storing of material.
. Customer Escalation handling
1. Inventory Management
. Handling the DIESL inventory function for key customer i.e. on time
sharing of Cycle Count Reports, Monthly Inventory Accuracy Reports and
Cargo Abnormality Reports.
. Handing out necessary actions for pending cases and reconciliation
exercise.
. Closure of shortage & damages cases if any so as to maintain 100%
inventory accuracy.
. Preparation of SAP Vs Physical reports of Stock at all locations for
internal as well as external stakeholders.
2. Receivables Management and Payment Tracking
. Supporting Receivables Management Zone wise -23 locations and ensure
all payments are realized within due date, along with coordinating for
system reconciliation in SAP with finance In-charge.
. Supporting timely billing to the customer- Zone wise and maintain nil
pendency for billing.
. Monthly communication with all locations related to implementation of
Billing SOP
3. Customer Relationship Management
. To ensure that all customer requirements and queries are addressed and
providing value proposition through effective management of
operations.
. To prepare presentation for Monthly Review Meeting and Quarterly
Business Review Meetings- Share communication to internal and external
customer related to developments in form of 'Action Taken Reports' and
Minutes of Meetings.
. Corrective and Preventive action for customer complaints and
escalations.
4. Cost, Budget and Profitability Control
. Complete ownership of new roll outs and ensuring roll out is done
within budgeted cost and timelines
. Conducting new circuit costing and feasibility study after
understanding the customer requirement and operational aspect of the
movement after considering all the cost associated with the activities
involved.

1. Projects- Planning
. Participated in various project developments and planning functions,
involving interaction with various vendors, suppliers and service
providers.

. Planning and co-coordinating for meetings and updates with numerous
equipment suppliers like Telestack, Liebherr, Cargotec, Sennebogen,
Bedeschi, etc. for studying, analyzing and short listing equipments
related to project.
. Attending Exhibition like CEMAT and BAUMA at Mumbai, for perusing the
latest models of the equipments, technologies and suppliers and then
establishing contacts for further communication.
. Carried out analytical costing exercise for generating Estimated CAPEX
Costs of the projects.
. Analyzing and studying cost structures, bottlenecks at various ports
to arrive at cost - effective and optimized structure for the
potential customers.
2. Field Visit
. Visit to 'Kandla' Port for seven days for understanding and grasping
the technical and operational aspects of agency functions, Stevedoring
aspects, warehousing operations, and stock management, dispatch and
rail / road arrangements.
. Visit to 'Mundra' Port and familiarization of the equipments used,
cargo operations, mechanized material handling systems, Modern
Conveyor systems for handling cargo.
