I have worked in several types of warehouse situations from retail to food to hazardous and

flammable chemicals.

Perform preventative maintenance to include cleaning of processing equipment and supplies and

perform inspection on processing equipment for all products, housekeeping.

Operate equipment to transfer, filter, sample, and batch product and product ingredients in

preparation for transfer to manufacturing.

Measure/mix/blend raw ingredients based on batch list

Comply with all established safety rules and regulations.

I am forklift certified for lp sit down and stand up,pallet jack and riding pallet jack.

Also i am Hazwooper trained and certified for hazardous materials.

Professional Experience

UNIVAR USA

Worked there from 2001 to Feb 2010 and i was a blender and transferred or loaded and unloaded

Hazardous chemicals to tanker trucks,rail cars,totes,55 gallon drums to 300 gallon totes to 5

gallon pals.Followed all procedures from sampling to testing of products to wearing personal

protective equipment while operating mixing and blending equipment.Received empolyee of the

month twice at unvar during my employment with Univar usa.

SAMS CLUB

Worked at sams from 2005 till 2007 and duties were stocking cleaning and merchandising sales

floor and unloading trucks with standup forklift and putting product in shelf at very fast pace which

was and is a big deal there was complented all the time for that and received an employee of the

month.

Barnhill buffett

I worked at barnhills from 2000 till 2005 and was a cook,fry cook,dishwasher and didand keep up

the food bars and tables.Received employee of the month there twice during my employment with

them.
