calendars for three Assistant / Associate Directors. Maintain, call

meetings and work with our Media Call Team to make sure the "On-Call"

Upon completion of our meetings I enter the schedule into the "on-call

database" and e-mail all staff the schedules. I assist 9 different

coordinators as well. I schedule meetings for all coordinators if the

meeting should consist of 3 or more people or to include a director. I am

responsible for sending out quarterly e-mails and documenting by

spreadsheet and graph Shands Marketing & Public Relations "Customer

Satisfaction Ratings." I maintain all employee information for our

department as well as the Shands Consultation Center, examples include:

Marketing & PR Disaster Call List, Organizational Chart, Employee contact

and emergency contact information, as well as all of the Marketing & Public

Departmental Responsibility List (for both Administrative and Marketing

Coordinators). I maintain all bookings of the Atrium and handle disputes

accordingly. I do a daily mail run from our facility (PRC Building) to

Shands UF and to the Executive Suite. I have also been placed on 3 of the 4

the Shands AGH Transition Committees to serve as a note taker.
