Access Control Officer

Performs all-encompassing security duties, which include freedom from risk

and/ or danger of theft, sabotage, and subversive activities. Verifies

current access authorization of all personnel entering classified areas of

designated company facilities. Maintains a chronological log of all

activities and/or incidents. Makes physical checks of classified security

containers including vaults, safes, approved file cabinets and all external

doors. Monitors card access computer system, multi-zoned alarm system,

emergency fire alarm system, emergency fire alarm panel and closed circuit

security monitors. Provides after-hours protection of incoming classified

material. Conduct security inspection, of personnel entering and exiting

company facilities.

PRE-TRIAL CONFINEMENT FACILITY SUBMARINE BASE NEW LONDON - Groton, CT: 2008

Correction Officer

Performs specialized correctional duties at naval places of confinement

including responsibility for the security, control, supervision, support,

health and care of prisoners and detainees. Coordinates all aspects of

prisoner security and transportation from security facilities to

courthouses, ensuring the safety of the community and the suspects.

NAVAL SECURITY FORCE BAHRAIN - Middle East: 2005 - 2008

Navy Law Enforcement

Conducts investigations, interrogations, and apprehensions; duties include

executive protection, crime prevention and preservation of crime scenes.

Train and supervise subordinates in anti-terrorism defense and weapons

proficiency. Implemented defensive measures to combat threats. Provides

specialized duties in internal security operations at installations and

facilities as a member of the Navy Internal Security Force.

Petty Officer First Class (Electrician)

Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards,

defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance

with codes. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair

electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Diagnose malfunctioning

systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to

locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
