Profile: Following a ** year career as a senior U.S. Navy Non-Commissioned
Officer (NCO) and a Commissioned Chief Warrant Officer (CWO5), I look
forward to utilizing the skills I have acquired training and leading
sailors as a foundation for continued support of my County. In addition to
the daily training and instruction responsibilities I have had, it has been
my privilege to be selected as the Navy's very first CWO5 in the area of
electronics. This afforded me the opportunity to write or review Department

responsible for training and instructing 750 local
command personnel in computer security, enforcing policy
and practices for the same.
- Selected to be the first computer security manager for
Navy Region Southwest when command implemented. Provided
implementation planning, training, briefings and network
designs for the Greater San Diego area networks.

- Responsible for the day-to-day communication,
maintenance and repair of all Air Field Communications
and supervising four other technicians. And all wind
indicating devices and weather equipment.
- In route to NAS Fallon attended Weather C School at
Chanute AFB, in Chanute IL, which included Weather
Radar, Wind Speed Indicators, Television broadcasting
equipment, and satellite weather recording devices.

in Fort Gordon GA. Upon returning was assigned as lead
technician responsible for Depot level repair for
Northern NATO Command for all KY-8's on Submarines,
which was located on board USS Holland for NATO.
