General Ledger
18 years experience in full charge computerized bookkeeping through general
ledger including journal entries, depreciation/amortization entries,
through financial statements. Perform audits as needed.
Accounts Payable
23 years experience-executing payable, including, job related costing,
purchase order and receiver matching to avoid being overcharged, and
monthly long and short term loans. 4 years experience handling a vast
amount of commercial loans, rents, draws and transfers for 12 separate
commercial companies including monthly commissions per leases.
Accounts Receivable
18 years experience billing and collecting incoming monies, including, 4
years heavy collections with over 275 commercial tenants per monthly
leases. Also including transfer of monies between general, money market,
savings or c.d.'s for 12 consecutive companies.
Cash disbursements
21 years experience reconciling, and maintaining current balances in as
many as 26 consecutive accounts, and trust account with as many as 75-100
clients.
Payroll
18 years experience executing computerized payroll on weekly basis for as
many as 900-plus employees, hourly & salary. Job costing of time cards,
prepared weekly, quarterly, and annual tax reports, made tax deposits, and
processed W-2's/1099's. Eleven years experience computing quarterly
workman's compensation reports, certified payroll reports, monthly union
benefit reports, and EEO reports. Reported monthly state and sales tax
monies due. Implemented wage garnishments, child support orders &
subpoenas as required by law. Certified in ADP Payroll processing, and
proficient using Human Resource, Time Reporting and Expense software.
Personnel Benefit Coordinator/Administrator
15 years experience maintaining company 401K-account reporting.
Administrated cafeteria plan, in house and all correspondence required of
