9/05 - 2/07 MEDCOST LLC, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Began as part time

receptionist with security duties and working as switchboard operator for

incoming calls. Left for a brief period due to needs of business and

returned to report to Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities

included contacting prospective new employees, setting up interviews,

Clerk/Typist and promoted six months later to District Secretary.

Responsibilities included all secretarial duties of the District Manager

and the eight other District Officers. These responsibilities included

answering the telephone, typing and reproducing correspondence with the

eleven branch offices, keeping track of the managers when they were away

from the office, preparing financial reports for District meetings, and

maintaining the file system. Responsibilities also included the training of

other clerical help. Resigned from position due to husband being hired and

transferred by AT&T.
