I have thirty-three (33) years experience in multi-family housing and
Senior Marketing, one (1) year in leasing, three (3) years as an assistant
manager, ten (10) years as a property manager and twelve (12) years as a
regional/district supervisor, (including homes, duplexes, apartments, and
commercial office buildings). Five (5) years as a senior marketing
director)
and four (4) years as property manager for senior and mentally and
physically handicap. I am strong in all phases of management including,
but not limited to, Section 8, section 202, tax credit, section 236, H.U.D.
properties, Class A-C properties and The Veterans Program, (for Aids and
Assistance for Senior Housing). I am experienced in accounting (AP/AR),
