Working through Lumea, I have been an office assistant. My

duties included answering phones taking orders over the phone

taking orders via fax, confirming placed orders, processing

certain orders. Ordering products for the office. Using Sign

Lab to create vinyl displays. Using Quick books to perform

billings. Using MS excel to make numerous spreadsheets.

Opening mail, sorting mail. Filing paperwork. Running

errands, making reservations.

2006-2010 Service Sales Rep, Cintas, Rockford, IL

As a Sales Service Representative I provide route service to

a set customer base, through the pick-up and delivery of

uniforms and facility services products such as floor mats,

dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies,

and other ancillary products. My duties include driving a

company owned box truck to and from numerous customer stops

throughout the course of the day, as well as lifting,

carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products

out of customer accounts. I am also responsible for customer

satisfaction, by responding to customer inquiries and

requests, as well as pro-active problem solving. Additional

responsibilities include growing the existing route, through

sales of additional items from our product line and catalog

to current customers.

As a lift driver for Wal-Mart I put pallets into staple stock

reserve racks, using a reach and retract forklift and an on-

lift computer system. Before transferring to a new

distribution center I learned how to do daily staffing,

monitor daily production, process damages and train new

associates. Many times during Managements time off in the

past five years I was given the chance to run the RSR area.
