and implemented inventory control policies and procedures to meet system
implementation deadlines. Asked by liquidators and bank to remain with
company and contribute to liquidation sales as well as final reporting.

Implemented core merchandise solution on time and within budget.
Established and improved existing physical inventory procedures and
reporting, saving company $20,000. Revised and established financial
controls for retail assets, preventing ongoing loss of inventory, cash and
additional assets. Selected and installed point-of-sale cash register
system, resulting in operational enhancements as well as annual savings of
$60,000 for company. Reduced retail inventory shrinkage from 6.4% of sales
