Assumed responsibility for strategic planning and management of systems

supporting supply chain, including PLM, sourcing, core merchandise, EDI,

at Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland, including merchandising,

financial system, dynamic replenishment, sales audit, landed cost

warehouse and business intelligence modules.

project Life-Cycle Methodology for the merchandise division that was

leveraged within other lines of business at the Resort.

1996-1997. Held responsibility for sales audit management, credit, and

collections, as well as inventory management for 296 retail locations

throughout continental United States. Implemented core merchandise system.

Established and improved existing physical inventory procedures. Developed

and implemented inventory control policies and procedures to meet system

implementation deadlines. Asked by liquidators and bank to remain with

company and contribute to liquidation sales as well as final reporting.

VANS, INC., Orange, California, Director, Retail Systems, 1993-1996.

Implemented core merchandise solution on time and within budget.

Established and improved existing physical inventory procedures and

reporting, saving company $20,000. Revised and established financial

controls for retail assets, preventing ongoing loss of inventory, cash and

additional assets. Selected and installed point-of-sale cash register

system, resulting in operational enhancements as well as annual savings of

$60,000 for company. Reduced retail inventory shrinkage from 6.4% of sales

to .75% of sales during two-year period, resulting in savings of $300,000

annually.

AARON BROTHERS, INC., Commerce, California, POS-Sales Audit Manager, 1984-

1993. Managed team of three sales auditors. Identified and corrected long-

standing error in order to enable upgrade of Sales Audit module to latest

version. Replaced POS registers for all stores in three states and acted

as help desk specialist.

Selected to participate in major initiative to replace non-electronic
