computers to XP operating system and repurposed them for use in office.

Installed sound recording device and supporting software, and taught

users how to use the recording device and itunes for sharing interviews.

. Specialized in all the tools especially RequisitePro (requirements

capture and analysis tool). Created templates used by all IBM IT

. OMNI (Offender Management Network Information) System Solution Architect

(2002 - 2004) - Led transition of delivery team transition from Houston

to Olympia (50+ people) while delivering OMNI RMI / LSI-R Application

(2002). After two failed attempts, assigned to build and lead OMNI Data

Warehouse Team. Successfully built team and then implemented Data

Warehouse. Chaired OMNI Phase I & II Architecture Review. Led team of

four architects to review OMNI Phase I Architecture given CritSits and

their resolution. Architects reviewed the OMNI Phase II architecture and

made recommendations for changes in OMNI architecture for Phase II.

. Architected, designed and implemented next generation web-based welfare

system for the State of Washington, Department of Social and Health

Services, ACES Project. Designed to support 9,000+ users servicing 1.3+

million clients daily. Led design and implementation of interfaces from

acesonline to the State of Washington's Department of Social and Health

Services Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system so welfare clients can

obtain status on welfare payments. Solution used XML and Java

technologies.

. Created a mathematical simulation of a satellite constellation scheduling

. Defined and implemented a project-wide Information Engineering-based test

program for the IRS' Document Processing System Project (Tax System

Modernization Program). Designed add-ons to requirements traceability

commercial product enabled requirements, test cases and software problem

reports to be linked together in real time. This allowed for quicker turn-

around time for impact analysis and regression testing (30% decrease)

Testing approach resulted in high award fees (95+) from the IRS.
