Amador Regional Transit System, Jackson CA 2009-2010

Executive Director

Worked with internal stakeholders to identify materials and equipment necessary to fuel

customer convenience and develop viable solutions as part of establishing long-term

strategic client partnerships. Establish departmental goals with management team which

were based on exceeding customer expectations. Managed deviated fix route system.

• Prepared system-wide continuous improvement plan that increased ridership and

for the recruitment and pre-employment of new drivers. Conducted accident and industry

• Managed multi-location operation (Five sites) with 400 union employees, 700

vehicles including 120 Para Transit/Special Needs buses. Since taking over, was

responsible for the continuous system improvement and spearheaded efforts that
