Assisted in the deployment of 4,000+ PCs with the new COE (Common Operating
Environment) image which consisted of Windows 2000 and XP including the

suite. Job duties included deploying the new hardware, user configuration
and assisting the users in new functionality. Additionally, was responsible
for submitting asset management information for both old and new hardware.
During my assignment to the wireless network upgrade project, I was
responsible for configuring 350 Cisco access points with a static IP
address as well as the MAC addresses to all of the handhelds for each
refinery.
Provided Level I telephone support to end users on the help desk during
times the PC deployment was on hold.
