. Install, analyze, upgrade, troubleshoot, move, and repair lab
equipment in Civil Engineering including equipment in Geotechnical,
Surveying, Fluid Mechanic, Structures, Environmental Engineering,
Computers, and Applied Mechanics and Materials Laboratories.
. Prepare all lab equipment and setup prior to each class or each
laboratory experiment.
. Assist faculty and students with research projects, assist students
with laboratory setup accompanied by safety training, and training in
the proper use of lab equipment, and the use of PPE during research
projects dealing with hazardous substances.
. Prepare floor plans using AutoCAD to be presented to project managers
/coordinators when needed.
