Regional/Corporate Facilities Management. Coordinates a variety of complex

tasks under minimal supervision. Utilize specialized skills to coordinate,

review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to

facilities management. Consults and serves as an administrative liaison

with bank personnel, outside vendors and customers.

. Accurate preparation of various scheduled and variance reports related to

budget and workflow activities for presentation to Facilities Management

executive staff

. Monitor web based Facilities Management tool (work order system). Create

and assign work orders to appropriate facilities colleague or vendor.

Coordinate scheduling, customer notification, setup and/or work order re-

assignment with vendors

. Process invoices for vendor/contractor as necessary to ensure timely

payments

. Maintain Huntington Resource Scheduling Database, assist colleagues with

scheduling procedures, add/remove resources as needed and make all

necessary notifications

personnel as necessary
