Managers, and 1 Maintenance Superintendent. Reported directly to the
President & CEO.
. Directed the successful construction, start-up and operation of a $1.5MM
urethane-acrylic emulsion resin expansion project and a $2.8MM phenolic
resin production line. Led the successful start-up, operation, and ISO
9002 certification efforts of a $12MM nitrogen trifluoride production
facility.
. Coordinated and managed manufacturing-related technology transfer between
parent company (Mitsui Chemicals) and Anderson Development, ensuring
successful incorporation of these products from pilot plant trials to
full-scale production.
. Led the implementation of process optimization efforts on several
specialty chemical manufacturing operations, resulting in increased
throughput, reduced waste costs, improved product yield, and greater
product line profitability.

standards, including OSHA Process Safety Management and HAZWOPER.
