Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or replacing pneumatic
equipment such as diverters, air compressors, lubricators, hoses, and
coils. Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and/or replacing hydraulic
equipment such as hoses, fittings, cylinders, and pumps. Welding equipment
such as hand rails, conveyor supports, package handling equipment, carts,
and grading. Performing preventive maintenance inspections of plant
equipment such as conveyors, bulk carts, box machines, Zebra printers and
power industrial equipment.
Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic/ Team Leader: Performed limited
inspection and quality control on large equipment and M-1 tanks, Bradley
fighting Vehicles, Hermits, 2 & 5 ton trucks, M-88, M113 family, Paladin
A-6, Dozers, Engineer equipment. Commercial truck and trailers Volvo, Mack,
Peterbuilt, Internatinal, farm tractors, John Deere, Massy fergerson,
International and Marine mechanic on outboard/inboard marine engines and
boat equipment others brand named equipment and all attachment farming
tools. Ordered, issued and installed maintenance parts. Troubleshooting
electrical systems using computer and other test equipment. Troubleshoot
all components including engine, transmission, air systems, hydraulic and
pneumatics systems and electrical systems, HVAC systems and engine and
transmission elect. Control modules. Used computers to conduct work
assignment and costumer information and producing work orders for the shop.
