Responsibilities:
Leading the application support and maintenance team for the Accounts
Receivable 2000 software product used by Cardinal for handling their
financial operations. Managing the client requirements, resource
allocation. Acting as a single point of contact for the project. The AR2000
product runs on the iSeries background. AR2000 is used to track all the
financial transactions done by each cardinal health customers in the
pharmaceutical distribution business. AR2000 product generates the invoices
and statements to all the cardinal health customers. It also receives the
payments made to the invoices by the customers through EFT's, Lockbox, Cash
payments etc. This application also maintains the customer balances,
generates and sends the periodic statements as requested by the customer
via FaxDirect(unifier Fax), Emails, Paper statements etc. Maintaining
customer statement and invoices data in spool view software for future
retrieval.
