management control, property book keeping, and other internal management

control programs. Create reports or Data Accession List. Participates in

monthly conference calls. Maintain and deliver electronic files of Expended

Weekly Hours Report. Email distribution of contract delivered each month.

Respond to any contract related requests. Maintain office efficiency by

planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment

procurement. Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute every Monday and

Thursday. Maintain inventory list of all equipment and its location.

Gathers statistics and data to be used in recurring or one-time reports
