As a Collector 2; I Utilize an auto-dial or direct dial system through
Oscar to initiate customer contact I evaluate the customer's financial
situations and negotiate for full payment. I determine reason for
delinquency and go over all the options I have to assist the customer such
as Payment Plans, Settlement Officers, or just one Month Payment if that is
the only option left to save the account from charging off. I utilize
numerous skip trace sites to find card holders numbers and initiate contact
and collect on delinquent accounts. I follow all State and Federal
regulations and laws when negotiating with card holders about their
accounts. I also go over external companies that may still be able to
assist card holders with their finances if we are out of any options
through collections. I work closely with supervisors and managers on
settlements and long term payments as needed. I document all accounts
thoroughly with everything that was discussed and negotiated. All accounts
are fully documented and noted about what was discussed and any offers or
options we may have given.

I work on the Sprint account taking incoming calls, troubleshooting and
resolving any issues primarily with customer's blackberry phones. I also
troubleshoot other devices as customer's call in. I review the plans on the
account and suggest different price plans for the customer that may work
better for them. If the customers issue cannot be resolved I can then order
a replacement phone. If it is an issue with another department I will take
down the information from the customer, resolve the issue and then call
them back with the resolution. All problems and resolutions are documented
in the customer's account for proper retention. I also act as the go to
person to do call backs to resolve customer issues that other technical
support specialist cannot resolve.

answered numerous phone lines and also the patient's calls for assistance
to the desk and informed the appropriate personnel what the patient may
have called for if I could not get it myself. I put charts together for
new admits, maintained blank forms in existing charts faxed new admits
medication to the pharmacy. Took numerous inquiries from physicians on past
medical information and looked it up in the computer system and printed out
copies as requested.
