Position: Summer Software Engineer Intern for the Geospatial

Sector

Project:

- Created an application that would represent Point Cloud data

on Google Earth in the shape of the data received, visually. To

accomplish this, I used both C# and Python programming

languages, along with creating a MySQL database.

- Calculated the Latitude/Longitude from the UTM coordinates

from the LAS file.

- Created a KML file to be able to click on Google Earth in the

location of the point cloud, and open up an application that

would allow one to analyze the data in the shape, in an external

application.

- Implemented a web service so that Google Earth can access a

database filled with the data and to load physical files.

- Power Point presentation and demonstration of application to
