I am a skilled carpenter with 13 years of experience in residential construction. I’m a very hard

worker that pays attention to detail. I worked for Patio Enclosures Inc. for more than 7 years

building decks, sunrooms, and additions (until they closed the Richmond branch). I worked for a

custom builder on weekends for 3 years building new homes from start to finish. As well as

remodeling old homes in the Richmond area. I worked for Champion Windows and Siding for 2

years building decks, sunrooms, and additions. I worked for Ginder Construction for 2 years

framing new homes. I have experience with aluminum and wood framing, siding, replacement

windows, roofing, drywall, trim, and small concrete projects.

I am a full time student at the ITT Technical institute in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in

Construction Management. I have class every Mon, Weds, And Fri. from 6pm to 10 pm.

Working daytime hours in not a problem.
