My responsibilities and duties include, but are not
limited to, processing every
applicant who was interested in the Doctorate program at
NOBTS and keeping
in constant communication with them, thru email and phone,
to help them thru the
application process, as well as seeing them thru the
interview. Also, I overlook the
distribution of the course evaluations to all the
workshops and seminars we have
each trimester and then recording there data. I keep a
record of all communications have regarding certain
conferences the professors attend every year, as well as
any meeting or conference I'm asked to by the professors. I
run errands or provide help to the professors if asked. For
example, make copies, send faxes, document any class work
for them, send documents to another professor in another
office, help with presentations on a PowerPoint, etc. That
is the main jest of what I did but there are several
aspects involved in the job that just can't be briefly
explained.
I am expected to leave because I need to find a job closer
to where my husband and I were moving.
