Acting Graphic Designer November 1998-July 1999
. Produced various printed materials for the university,
including brochures, newsletters, posters, recruitment and
advertising materials, ads and other publications. Took
assigned projects from concept to delivery, including
project interviews, concept design and development,
directing photo shoots, making client presentations and
preparing camera-ready art through mechanical or computer
production.
. Followed an established production schedule and tracked
each project from its inception to delivery to the client.
. Produced SMSU Today, including scheduling and attending
photo shoots, designing page layouts, assisting with
editorial tasks, and working with Graduate Assistants on
writing assignments.
. Assisted the Director of Publication with computer edits
and helped the Assistant Director and Senior Graphic
Designer with supervision of student designers.
Central Bible College
Yearbook Advisor August 1998-July 1999
Served as representative to the Board of Administrators on
behalf of students within the yearbook organization. Was
responsible for the ultimate completion and success of the
yearbook.
Contributions Secretary May 1997-November 1998
. Responsible for data entry and logging of all contributions
received by the College. Maintained clerical records of all
contributions, distributed tax receipts to all donors, and
tracked records through monthly, quarterly and yearly
financial reports
. Recorded running records of balances for various accounts.

. Assisted designers with completion of projects, including
paste-ups, mechanicals and computer execution of designer's
concepts.

. Contacted clients and printers regarding job status and
organized a system of scheduling and production to
streamline job turnaround time and internal office
workflow.
