Duties and responsibilities include answering incoming calls and

transferring to the proper person. Greeting guests and directing them

within the facility. Reserve conference rooms and equipments for staff as

Input and maintain the office calendar for scheduled vacations. Open, sort

and stamp all incoming mail. Log in express packages and prepare overnight
