Responsibilities: As Credit Specialist, I am responsible for checking
payment status for Workman's Compensation claims by contacting
carriers or individuals responsible for payment. Once payments are
received, I work through the claims to ensure payments are correctly
posted. If not reconsiderations are created and submitted for processing.
I also reach my service goals by reaching out to the required fifty-five
(55) clients per day.

Responsibilities: As part of "Impact Team", our responsibility
includes presenting the store in a neat manner, refilling the shelves
with items pulled from a scanner, greeting customers with the Hollister
Tag Line and ensuring that our customers have a safe and enjoyable
shopping experience by preventing shoplifting.

Responsibilities: Provided excellent customer service to residents by
reporting roommate issues, maintenance concerns or directing any other
questions to the area coordinator. I also monitored the security cameras,
