Duties: Assists in coordinating with the appropriate DOD agencies to identify and classify critical parts.
Streamline the turn in and disposal of non-recoverable items, packaging and shipping of materials to
appropriate destinations. Leads and coaches lesser experienced eastern employees on properly
segregating classifying parts. Inspects transporter's shipping documents (bills of lading, Customs forms
and MRO’s) and compares with inbound file to ensure correct delivery and identifies overages or
shortages on shipping documents prior to acceptance. Ensures inspections are perform using appropriate

Assists the installation access supervisor in directing all installation access efforts including: pedestrian
access at all entry control points, personnel package screening and search procedures, crowd control,
badge operations, vehicle registration, escorted access, and direct support for PMO operations pertaining
to contraband, prohibited items and entry. Conducts daily customer service, office administration,
documentation verification, and input of sensitive information; safeguards records and equipment

needed to maintain ASG-KU’s installation access requirements, in accordance with US Army
regulations, policy and directives.
