Re: Submission of letter intent for Food Safety Supervisor
Over the past 150 years, the United States of America has experienced industrialization,
urbanization, and more recently globalization. This has led to many people relying on others to
produce, process, package, store, and prepare food which on many occasions is distributed over a
wide geographical area. Minimizing the risk of intentional and unintentional contamination of
food (Food Safety), is of fundamental importance in this modern age. This calls for concerted
effort of all stake holders in the food industry to ensure a safe food supply chain.
As a food safety professional graduate of the Great Plains Institute of Food Safety at
North Dakota State University, my aim is to work with an institution with a goal of ensuring a
safe food supply system. Working as a food safety specialist at Malt-O-Meal in Northfield
Minnesota will provide me with a golden opportunity to fulfill my dream. I am therefore
submitting my application for this position. I believe that my drive and commitment to work,
technical ability, and education will make me have a positive contribution to this great
organization
Sincerely,
Anthony Wilfred Ntaate
