OBJECTIVE
My goal is to obtain employment in the telecommunications,
computer networking service, and public relations field.
2007-2009 WORK HISTORY
Line Lead/ Team Lead, Cinram Manufacture.
Building and disturbing DVDS and packages to wholesale
buyers. My job currently at this job is a team leads
opposition, I was promoted four times (4) at this job, I was
first a basic line worker, then onto a machine operator
(needed to know computer programs for that position) and then
a QA, (quantity auditory production inspection) from there I
became a line lead
WORK HISTORY
2005-2006
Retail Merchandiser Specialist, Harbour Styles.
Stocked inventory from vendors to the sales floor and carried
out Logistics tracking for international Avon distribution
from Guyana to the United States. This job also required the
task of operating the cash register, promoting company
merchandise by up selling and being in charge of visual.
2004-2005
Cashier, Pizza Hut. My job description at this company involved
operating the cash register while performing quality and
continual customer service. I performed many other tasks
that included serving meals to in-stores and drive through
customers. I was also challenged to keep a clean and
manageable environment of which customers loved and
appreciated. This job, I must say, was highly responsible
for my work ethics of discipline, understanding, and patience
for which is highly recognized and rewarded in the customer
service field.
2003-2004
Cashier, Royal Castle. My job description at this company
involved the ability to multitask while performing excellent
customer service. These tasks ranged from running the cash
register, attending to customers, cooking, and cleaning the
customer's dining area. This job has also help to mold
reliable customer service representative and me into a
responsible.
EDUCATION
1998-2004
I am a graduate of Houston Community High School where I
received my High School Diploma with honors. I attended
Critchlow Labour College where I gained most of my knowledge
to prepare me for the Caribbean Annual Examination. I intend
to further my education by attending a prestige college or
university to acquire a degree in computer technology.
COMPUTER SKILLS
. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint,
Java, Microsoft XP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows 98. Type
40 wpm. Navigational technique of other programs, strong
problem solving skills and leaning ability.
. I have five (5) years of experience in computer information
technology.
