Provided administrative support to the Manager of Receiving and Transportation, and the
Manager for Storage and Distribution for the main warehouse at Kennedy Space Center.
Duties included, but not limited to: Maintaining manager’s calendars, daily
correspondence, maintaining employee and department files, taking meetings minutes,
ordering supplies and reconciling company pro-card, preparing and reconciling travel
arrangements.

Provided administrative support to a Manager, and Deputy Director at United Space
Alliance. I also provided back-up administrative support to the Director of the Florida
Program Office and two other Managers within that organization. Duties included, but
not limited to: Maintaining Manager’s calendars, daily correspondences, maintaining
employee and department files. Employee Performance Appraisals, Delegation of
Authorities, On-Spot-Awards, Leadership Development Plan updates, Activity Report
and distribution of related information or materials to 1113X personnel as required.
Printout and distribution of PDCS and EDC changes. Coordinated travel, generated
reports, MICs and overtime budget. Ordered supplies for department 1113X. Help set
up office files. Provided support and assisted at meetings. Maintained VSP Board.
Also, assisted the Planning department by performing audits on WICR, PSP, IOS and e-
mailing backlog reports. Property Custodian for department 1113X. Proficient on the
various computer applications United Space Alliance regularly uses.

Support sales/Group sales for Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Made
reservations, interfaced with customers and coordinated group ticketing/travel,
reservations and accommodation. Safety committee representative for the
HR/Marketing/Sales Administrative department. Performed promotional activities at
various events. Coordinated refunds for the sales and accounts departments. Worked
switchboard and reception.

This included daily operation and scheduling for the school principal, computer operation
on Word, Excel and Eudora e-mail (Microsoft Office). Duties included arranging daily
substitute coverage for absent teachers, interfacing with the public and teaching staff,
light book-keeping, filing and record keeping. Also, oversaw petty cash reserve, local
purchase requests for all departments, budget accounts and payroll. Performed
personnel/HR duties. Distribution of mail to staff.

Qualified on Boeing 747, Airbus 300 and Lockheed L1011 Tri-Star. Performed in-flight
customer service as well and safety duties.

Administrative assistant to the Managing Director, Director of Quality Control, Director
of Engineering and Operations Manager. Daily correspondence and scheduling for the

Word perfect, Mulitmate and Wordstar word processing, Lotus symphony data base, and
WIP spreadsheets for shipping/stores. Also, trained additional/temporary office staff and

COMMUNITY SERVICES
Volunteered for fund raising benefits for: The united way, Brevard Zoo, and represented
Delaware North Parks Services (Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex) at the walk to
cure Juvenile Diabetes. In Ireland, I was also a member of junior chamber.
