Managed the activities of 22 team members across five departments including

Engineering, Bill of Materials, Bill of Labor, Lean Promotions / 5S, and

Information Systems (IT)

. Facilitated Quality Management System through semi-annual ISO9000 audits

with Zero findings, while serving in dual role as Engineering Manager and

Quality Manager 2004 ~ 2006

. Held Quarterly QMS Review Meetings, assuring full compliance, while in
