(POV) storage operations; supervises three subordinates in daily
operations. Manages the flow of equipment with regards to storage

Duties: Provides oversight and developed quality control measures to ensure
compliance with Army supply and maintenance policies and procedures.
Assists in the development of methods and processes to economize and
expedite the Left Behind Equipment (LBE) process. Liaison between
collection point Primary Hand Receipt Holders, Project Manager, Operation
Manager, Property Book Office and supporting agencies while providing
oversight on change of hand receipt holder process. Perform supervisory

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor January 2003 - January 2004

Serves as Senior Maintenance Supervisor for a United States Army, Europe
(USAREUR) based divisional Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) / Target
Acquisition (TA) battalion forward deployed
in Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for staff planning, command and staff slide
updates, coordination and execution of all aspects of battalion maintenance
assets. Coordinates with the direct support and division G-4 for any
maintenance issues or updates that may effect the safety of soldiers and
equipment. Managed the material maintenance systems and combat readiness of
18- M270 launchers, 5 target acquisition radars, 12- M577's and 4- M88
recovery vehicles valued in excess of $100,000,000. Trains and assists the
battalion motor sergeants with any maintenance or safety issues.
Supervised 45 Iraqi laborers on a daily basis; dramatically improving the
living conditions for all soldiers in the battalion.
. Supervision and coordination led the Battalion earning the Division
Commander's Award for Logistics Excellence 5 times.
. Performed monthly spot-check ten percent inventories and location
surveys of PLL and supply annexes resulting in 95% accuracy.

. Created a Quality Assurance / Quality Control standing operating
procedures which saved the unit thousands of dollars on vehicle
maintenance.

battery maintenance shops which significantly improved locating parts

Serves as a Motor Sergeant for a Supply and Service Company and a
Headquarters Detachment in the 1st Armored Division, Main Support
Battalion, Dexheim Germany. Personnel manager for 33 soldiers engaged in
the organizational maintenance of over 250 pieces of equipment consisting
of wheeled vehicles, water purification equipment and generators.
Responsible for the managing of maintenance records, clothing records, Unit
Level Logistics System - Ground processes and the preventative
maintenance program for $9,000,000 of equipment, tools and facilities.
. Received commendable rating during maintenance command inspection.
. Reduced Prescribed Load List (PLL) value by 25,000 dollars while
maintaining 100% demand support lines.
