Shipping and Receiving
Responsible for inspecting, verifying inbound freight against the shipping
documents. Picks customer orders and prepares and verifies the orders for
shipment. Operates material handling equipment. Creates computer
generated shipping and receiving documents using the AS400 system.
Club Car
Inventory Control Specialist November 2004 - July 2007
Accountable for performing warehouse inventory audits on a weekly basis.
Responsible for restocking returned and canceled orders. Conducts a daily
inventory check on items to prevent items from being backordered.
Researches and prepares daily inventory discrepancies reports to
management. Performs customer service functions such as; over the counter
sales, contacting the customer in a timely manner when their order is
available for pick up, loads customer orders upon pick up. Communicates
and coordinates directly with the parts expediter to ensure items are

Employed with Kellogg, Brown and Root (Halliburton) to perform warehouse
functions of lifeline supplies in support of the initial phases of
Operation Enduring Freedom in Baghdad, Iraq. Convoyed from Kuwait to
Baghdad, Iraq successfully with lifeline supplies for the U.S. military
stationed at the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Headquarters.
Responsible for receiving, processing and distribution of over
$10,000,000,000 worth of vital necessities for over 5,000 key and high
ranking Coalition personnel stationed at the CPA Headquarters. Established
a timely and efficient distribution system for bottled water, meals,
bedding, and equipment to ensure 100% of all items were delivered to
accommodate all personnel daily without error. Received and participated
in convoys of trucks full of various supplies to be accounted for, verified
and delivered to the various agencies working inside the CPA Headquarters.
Supervised and trained local Iraqi personnel to operate delivery trucks and
forklifts, receive ship and distribute supplies, and perform basic
warehouse functions. Devised and coordinated with the military to provide
escorts for Kellogg Brown and Root to make deliveries out of the compound
without delay and with full success. Operated and performed basic level
checks on delivery trucks and forklifts. Worked closely with the Secretary
of the Army's personal aide to ensure all requirements of the warehouse and
supplies were fulfilled.

Devised, established and operated one of the first central shipping and
receiving areas out of a hotel parking lot in Kuwait to support U.S.
Military. Responsible for preparing shipping records, verifying the proper
supplies and loading all necessities on the designated trucks convoying
from Kuwait throughout Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom without
error. Directly responsible for over $10,000,000,000 worth of equipment and
supplies. Coordinated, received, shipped and distributed cargo from local
vendors successfully and immediately to U.S. military.
Innovative Logistics
Logistics Analyst August 2002 - October 2002
Provided logistical support to the federal representative, customers,
Mobile Screening Force (MSF), and Permanent Screening Force (PSF) at U. S.
Airports in support of Homeland Security. Processed and ensured accurate
accounting of evaluations conducted by the MSF. Prepared daily tracking
and status reports for management. Assisted management by ensuring
schedules of the PSF was not in conflict. Provided requirements such as
facilities, transportation and equipment for the MSF.

Supervised and trained soldiers and Department of the Army Civilians on the
Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS) and in all facets of day-to-day
operations for the U.S. Army as a Sergeant (E-5). Improved overall

3,500 lines of expendable and repairable U.S. Army vehicle and weapons
repair parts valued over $14,000,000. Established and maintained standard
operating procedures for the storage section. Conducted and processed
monthly inventories and maintained 98% accuracy rate exceeding the
Department of the Army objective of 95%. Reviewed stock items and
recommended additions, deletions and changes to meet the unit's maintenance
