. Analyzed and developed proposals in response to Requests for Proposals

(RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) for telecommunication services

submitted by sales managers and executives

. Collaborated with account teams, solutions engineers, technical support

reps, pricing and other subject matter experts (SMEs) in a team-oriented

environment to develop non-standard responses and work through drafts

. Project managed the development process from organizing meetings, setting

internal deadlines, developing and distributing drafts, working with

pricing and gaining legal approval, to ensuring the proposal is printed

and delivered or entered online on time.

communications programs.

. Increased the group's overall visibility, helping to draw record

attendance at events and programs.

closely with staff and lobbyists to craft position statements, produce

legislative materials and meet with local media editorial boards.

. Upgraded the organization's visual image through a total redesign of its

graphic identity. Results included winning more than a dozen national and

from the American Chamber of Commerce Executives association.
