spreadsheet to follow it. I was on the hiring committee which involved
application reviews, conducting interviews, calling to inform interviewees if they

Administrative Assistant- answered phones, transferred calls, ordered
supplies, faxed files, filed documents, helped accounting in miscellaneous things,
helped HR dept with hiring, I was also the coordinator of the Sign Language
Committee which entailed setting up class itineraries, teaching classes, and
conducting tests. Reason for leaving: I felt as if I could not advance at that
job. Also, other supervisors were not open to new ideas or suggestions.
(There have been gaps in work history due to having kids)
Special
Skills: I can multi- task exceptionally well, and if I get all of my required duties done I will
find something to do to keep me busy. I am rather efficient at typing (40+ wpm) and am
computer savvy. I know how to work almost all different computers and software. I am certified
in crisis prevention. I also know sign language fluently.
