appropriate parties are notified when an abuse allegation is made by a

plan for each assigned offender or inmate. Conducts on-going interview with
offender and resources associated with offender or inmate and institutional
personnel to determine social progress, individual problems, needs,
interest, attitude and progress. Confers with inmate or offender's family
to identify needs and problems, and to ensure that family and business are
attended to. Makes recommendations concerning conditional release or
institutionalization of offender or inmate. Evaluates risk factors of
