Provider of court reporting, trial consulting, transcript production,

electronic depository, and document production unit with 50 employees

located in the main office in Las Vegas, NV and 15 employees Reno, NV.

General Manager: Manage all of the company operations, sales and marketing,

accounting/finance, and information technology. Responsible for all growth

factors of the company including P&L accountability and integration of

company-wide strategic plan regarding operating policies, clients and

prospective customers. Establish and direct performance metrics,

communications functions, sales pipeline, sales growth targets, and

hiring/training/development and appraisal of cross-functional staff.

. Created and developed company 3 and 5 year strategic plans.

. Consolidated Reno and Las Vegas business units; planned and restructured

all departments, creating job descriptions and standardizing pricing.

Over the course of 1 year turned a average -18% net income to an average

Manager of Recruitment: Chosen to direct every aspect of operations

management for new recruitment department on campus including, hiring and

training of recruiter staff, developing business initiatives, and protocols

for department procedures and administering an annual budget of $9M. Held

market trends to evaluate competitive activity and effectively plan high-

yield marketing strategies, public relations events and media

Southwestern Regional Director, Bozeman, Montana (2007): Senior executive

with core leadership for daily operations management including strategic

planning, programming, financial management, human resources,

administration and marketing for 2 service centers servicing 12 counties

throughout the state. Facilitated Disaster, Military Services, and Health

and Safety programs. Supervised 2 program managers, and 22 direct reports.

Fostered relations with the Board of Directors for each center and managed

annual budget of $300K. Mentored volunteer team of 13 Armed Forces Case

Workers, 100 Disaster Relief Volunteers, and 400 Health and Safety

Instructors. Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, building volunteer
