electronic depository, and document production unit with 50 employees
located in the main office in Las Vegas, NV and 15 employees Reno, NV.
General Manager: Manage all of the company operations, sales and marketing,
accounting/finance, and information technology. Responsible for all growth
factors of the company including P&L accountability and integration of
company-wide strategic plan regarding operating policies, clients and
prospective customers. Establish and direct performance metrics,
communications functions, sales pipeline, sales growth targets, and
hiring/training/development and appraisal of cross-functional staff.

management for new recruitment department on campus including, hiring and

Southwestern Regional Director, Bozeman, Montana (2007): Senior executive
with core leadership for daily operations management including strategic

administration and marketing for 2 service centers servicing 12 counties
throughout the state. Facilitated Disaster, Military Services, and Health
and Safety programs. Supervised 2 program managers, and 22 direct reports.
