Accomplishments

. Mai 2002 to December 2002: Development of Cdrom master for

installation of MS Windows, MS Office and Professional applications

for 350 workstations for our customer BICEC (National Bank), comply

with safety regulations, controls and profiles associated with each

class of users. This system has facilitated the deployment and

maintenance of workstations has reduced by 90% the cost of

maintenance and improvement of their security by 98%. By week 10

workstations randomly selects, at least three were unavailable. With

this system, this figure rose to almost zero.

. November 2007 to October 2008: As head of deployment project in six

states of Central Africa for the Bank of Central African States(BEAC)

a secure IT infrastructure for a comprehensive system of tele-bank

clearing. This system has reduced by 80% the length of interbank

check clearing, a clearing that took three days has risen to half a

day.

. April 2006 September 2006: Project Manager deployment of the first

electronic payment system in Equatorial Guinea. Installation and

configuration of IT infrastructure (servers clustered and ATMs). This

system has allowed the Banco Nacional of Equatorial Guinea to triple

its customer base and turnover passed as the first bank in the

country, although the latest being created.

. November 2006 to April 2007: Project Manager deployment of an

infrastructure on the national territory of Cameroon for the

computerization of electoral rolls. This system has allowed to

improve the availability, reliability of the electoral rolls of 70%,

the preparation of electoral rolls has increased from six months to

two and a half months.

. June 2009 to November 2009: Project leader implementation of an IT

infrastructure to the Urban Community of Douala to computerize its

accounting and financial chain. Following the start of production of

this system we obtained a clear improvement of the monitoring of

commitments and financial inflow and a net elimination of widespread

fraud.
