Cal Poly-Engineering IV, San Luis Obispo, CA - New

104,000 SF, three-story Engineering IV Building,

built on a site northwest of the Robert E. Kennedy

Library, includes dry laboratories, classrooms,

office, and administrative space for the College of

Engineering. The building consists of steel

structure, rammed aggregate pier foundation and a

curtain wall exterior.

FedEx Ground Distribution Center, Independence, KY

- Construction Management services for a new

350,000 SF packaging distribution center situated

on a 90 acre site. Development of the site included

moving 1.5 million cubic yards of dirt and rock to

level the site. Several support facilities were

also constructed on the site such as gate houses,

recruitment/application/guard house building, and a

vehicle maintenance facility.

Tipp City Exempted Village High School- 180,000 SF

Masonry / Steel structural construction of a High

School (9-12 grades) academic wing, auditorium,

cafeteria, offices, and gymnasium.

Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS)

Columbus, OH - Mid-block, 10-story office tower

including mechanical penthouse, two-story day care

center, and a seven-level parking garage totaling

300,000 SF offering office and parking space to

over 600 employees. Two levels of the parking

garage are below grade.

United States Postal Service, Columbus, OH - Joint

venture as a Program Manager with construction of a

600,000 SF automatedted postal sorting,

distribution center, and office space.

Abercrombie & Fitch Headquarters and Distribution

Center, New Albany, OH - Fast track construction of

a new 700,000 SF distribution center and 301,375

SF, two-story office headquarters connecting 12
